Jodi Dean is the Donald R. Harter '39 Professor of Humanities and Social Sciences at Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY. She is the author of numerous books and articles in political and media theory. Her newest book, Crowds and Party, is forthcoming in 2016 from Verso.
