Sandip Sarkar

Sandip Sarkar is a PhD scholar and junior research fellow in the Department of English at Raiganj University. His research engages with continental philosophy and material humanities with a specific focus on Namasudra identity, memory, and migration studies. His work explores the intersections of posthuman thought and environmental humanities, examining how these frameworks inform contemporary narratives of space and displacement. He also has a keen interest in creative writing and is currently working on his first novel, which chronicles the history, struggles, and resilience of the Namasudra community.
