Anahid Nersessian is Professor of English at the University of California, Los Angeles. She is the author of Keats's Odes: A Lover's Discourse (2021), The Calamity Form: On Poetry and Social Life (2020), and Utopia, Limited: Romanticism and Adjustment (2015). Her writing has appeared widely in academic journals including Critical Inquiry and PMLA as well as in The New York Review of Books, The Los Angeles Review of Books, The Paris Review, and n+1. She cofounded and coedits the Thinking Literature series published by the University of Chicago Press.
