Bedross Der Matossian is an associate professor of Modern Middle East history and the Hymen Rosenberg Professor of Judaic Studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He is the author, editor, and coeditor of multiple books including the award-winning Shattered Dreams of Revolution: From Liberty to Violence in the Late Ottoman Empire (2014). He is the author of the forthcoming book The Horrors of Adana: Revolution and Violence in the Early Twentieth Century (2022). He is also the Series Editor of Armenians in the Modern and Early Modern World published by I.B. Tauris-Bloomsbury Press.
