Evan Wisdom-Dawson is a PhD Candidate and SSHRC Doctoral Fellow in the Department of English at the University of Chicago. Her research considers the social, cultural, and political paradigms at work in narratives of climate change and environmental catastrophe across media. With her work on seeds as media in both fictional and real contexts, she hopes to explore alternative methodologies by which to engage critical conversations on climate change. She was co-lead of narrative for the award-winning alternate reality game Terrarium, which took place at UChicago in 2019.
