Gabriel Quigley is a PhD candidate in comparative literature at New York University. His research interests include interwar modernism, twentieth-century philosophy, religious studies, postcolonial theory, and critical race theory. Among other venues, his work has been published or is forthcoming in Samuel Beckett Today / Aujourd’hui, French Studies Bulletin, Derrida Today, and The Portrait of an Artist as a Pathographer. He is the coeditor of Beckett Ongoing: Aesthetics, Ethics, Politics (forthcoming), and he is the editor of a forthcoming special issue of Interventions: International Journal of Postcolonial Studies titled “Samuel Beckett in the Postcolony.”
