Lorenzo Fabbri is Imagine Chair Professor at the University of Minnesota, where he also directs the Italian Studies program. He is the author of Cinema Is the Strongest Weapon: Race-Making and Resistance in Fascist Italy (2023). Fabbri’s forthcoming book project, tentatively titled "Libertarian Fascism: Right-Wing Abolitionism and Authoritarianism in the Land of the Free," explores the intersections of libertarian rhetoric and authoritarian governance in contemporary political discourse.
