Ragini Tharoor Srinivasan is assistant professor of English and Transnational Asian Studies at Rice University. Her first book, Overdetermined (forthcoming), offers a metacritical analysis of the pedagogy of Indian English literature in U.S. academe. She is also writing What is ‘We’? (forthcoming) and cowriting an epistolary memoir, The Portal (forthcoming). Srinivasan is a coeditor of the René Wellek Prize-winning Thinking with an Accent: Toward a New Object, Method, and Practice (2023). Other editorial projects include “1990 at 30” (post45: Contemporaries, 2020), “The Asian Century” (Verge, 2025), “Fictions of the Pandemic” (MFS, 2025), and “From Postcolonial to World Anglophone” (Interventions, 2018).
