Stephen Mulhall is a fellow and professor of philosophy at New College, Oxford. His research interests include Wittgenstein, Heidegger and Nietzsche, the philosophy of religion, and the relation between philosophy and the arts (especially film and literature). His most recent publications are the third edition of On Film (2016) and The Great Riddle: Wittgenstein and Nonsense, Theology and Philosophy (2016).
